At Journey Through Motion in Pacific Grove, we believe that movement is more than fitness; it’s the foundation of freedom, confidence, and quality of life. Our small-group and personal training programs help adults over 60 build strength that supports the life they want to live.
Our philosophy is rooted in practice; a steady, mindful purposeful approach to movement that develops real capability over time. We focus on functional strength, stability, and mobility, so you can move comfortably through daily life and feel confident in your body again.
With small class sizes and an uplifting community, you’ll find both accountability and connection. Here, progress isn’t measured by numbers or mirrors — it’s measured by moments of confidence, independence, and joy.



For three decades, I've studied movement as a personal pursuit—how our bodies adapt, strengthen, and maintain capability throughout life.
This lifelong passion has become my life's work. My marketing career taught me how to create value; now I'm applying those skills to build something that reflects my deepest values: Journey Through Motion.
It's where adults over 60 build real strength through structured, progressive movement practice—and take control of how they age. Within two months, most clients are doing things they haven't been able to do in years. That's what happens when you train appropriately for your body.

A: Our process starts with a comprehensive movement assessment to understand your strengths and the specific areas you need to work on.
A: No, we never train through pain and our focus is on developing pain free, health movement patterns.
A: There is no fee for cancellation. I'm confident our approach works but if you find it's not working for you, you can cancel at any time. I ask that you give is 2 weeks notice so we can plan accordingly.
A: Memberships are month-to-month.
A: Yes, you can pause your membership for up to 1 month. Please give us a week notice if you will be out of town.
